Wine Review: This pale straw colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a pineapple and grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, mouthwatering, round and juicy. The flavor profile is a classic mineral infused tart yellow grapefruit with notes of lemon. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This Sauvignon Blanc is classy. Its flavors are more reminiscent of a higher end New Zealand offering instead of California style. I would pair it with grilled swordfish kabobs. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A single-vineyard, terroir-driven Sauvignon Blanc from our estate. Aged 6 months sur lie, this bone-dry, full-bodied wine is defined by its lively acidity, and rich, floral, mouth-watering flavor. No new oak, and no malolatic influences fog the purity of this wine. Perfumed with lime, grapefruit, and lemon blossoms, this Sauvignon Blanc is at once rich and creamy, crisp, and dry.
