Wine Review: This very pale white gold colored Chenin opens with a very fragrant pear and ripe red apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and citrusy. The flavor profile is a ripe apple with a touch of mild lime and tangerine in the background. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. Pair this affordable white with grilled lemon chicken. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: At first swirl, a beautiful golden color shines through, then pleasing aromas of orange blossom, lemon peel, and zesty citrus nuances emerge. On the palate, the wine is refreshing and lively with a wonderful balance of citrus elements and tangy sweet fruit that play perfectly together. The finish is clean and well integrated, leaving mouthwatering fruit flavors on the back of the palate.
