Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored wine opens with a mild black cherry and old oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a vanilla oak influenced black cherry with notes of black currant. The finish is dry and it's very sticky dusty tannins last for quite some time. This wine would pair well with beef bourguignon. Enjoy – Ken
