Wine Review: This light red colored Pinot Noir from the Santa Rita Hills opens with a fragrant strawberry and red raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, juicy and very fruit forward. The flavor profile is a tasty strawberry with notes of red plum. I also detected hints of oak, black pepper, and spice. The finish is dry and its mild tannins linger nicely. This Pinot would pair well with grilled salmon. Enjoy – Ken
