Wine Review: This yellow colored Soave opens with a fragrant candied apple and orange bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a blend of apple and cantaloupe with integrated minerality and a touch of tangerine. The finish is dry, refreshing and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This Good everyday wine would pair well with a Monte Cristo sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Color: Brilliant yellow. Bouquet: Hints of white flowers and luscious fruit. Taste: Full, smooth, and well-rounded with hints of spice and a long, lingering finish. Lingers persistently on the palate. Excellent with seafood, poultry, veal and pastas.
