Wine Review: This white gold colored wine opens with a Bartlett pear bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and crisp. The flavor profile is tart green apple with hints of minerality, white pepper, and green pear. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. This wine would pair well with a seafood casserole. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A lively and bright straw yellow with greenish hues. It has strong fruity aromas, particularly of apples, peaches, and bananas. It is very refreshing on the palate, with a good balance between the fruit and a touch of acidity. Pair with Hors d'oeuvres and all types of fish dishes.
