Wine Review: This delightfully refreshing Rose from the South of France is full of strawberries, red raspberries, and wet stone in the bouquet. It's a pretty light salmon color. On the palate it's medium bodied, with plus acidity, and is slightly mouth-coating, bright and balanced. Plenty of fruit flavors including white peach, cantaloupe, and red raspberry. I also found some hints of red cherry, crushed gravel, saline and lime. It would pair nicely with cilantro lime shrimp. – Mark
Winemaker Notes: This wine opens with medium-intense aromas of yellow melon, firm mango, and just-ripe peach. The palate starts off medium in weight, with moderate ripe fruit tones and a slightly creamy texture that continues to the close. Following right behind this, a bright yet ripe citrus tone lends lift and freshness to the finish. It's a well-balanced and tasty pour.
