Wine Review: This pale coral-colored wine from Blanville is a very good value. It opens with a melon, nectarine and lychee bouquet. On the palate, we found this wine to be light to medium bodied, well-balanced and round. The flavor profile features tart cherry with hints of lychee and sweet ripe strawberries. We also detected some very lively acidity along with pleasant gentle minerality. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. We would pair this lovely Rose with a teriyaki salmon or chicken Cordon Bleu or simply drink it on its own. Finally, it also comes with a cool glass stopper. Enjoy! – Karen & Stuart
Winemaker Notes: This vibrant, fresh blend of Grenache Noir, Syrah and Cinsault is generous and fruit forward on the nose, inviting with delightful strawberry aromas. A mouthwatering style, the palate presents a well-balanced acidity, roundness and lingering pleasant finish.
