Wine Review: This deep gold colored Godello opens with a quince and orange-peel bouquet with hints of honeysuckle, ginger and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium-plus bodied, pleasantly acidic, juicy and lush. The flavor profile is a honey, lemon and quince blend with notes of white pepper, spice, chamomile tea and honey crisp apple. We also detected some pleasant crushed seashells minerality throughout. It is quite complex. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity show nice length. The rich styled Godello would pair quite well with a lobster casserole with a Ritz cracker topping or with broiled scallops in butter. Enjoy – Ken, Karen and Stuart

Winemaker Notes: A delicately aromatic white wine displaying layered notes of lavender, citrus blossom, and kumquat with hints of white pepper. Beautifully balanced on the palate, with a medium body, bright acidity, and a lingering floral finish.
