Wine Review: This white gold colored wine is very attractive in the glass. It opens with a fragrant and appealing tangerine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and very tasty. The flavor profile is apricot with notes of spice and tangerine. The finish is dry, refreshing, and nicely extended. Pair this lovely Viognier with Asian dishes. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: The grapes for this vintage were carefully selected as the crew scanned the vines for only the very best fruit. Plump, round berries produce aromas of lemon zest, pear, lychee nut, guava, and floral notes are accentuated with a lush, silky texture that finishes with a hint of sweetness complimented with a good acidity. Our Viognier was whole-cluster pressed and tank fermented to produce a clean, crisp wine full of exotic fruit. Serve well chilled for a wonderfully refreshing wine.
