Wine Review: Valley of the Moon has done well with this grape in the past and does it again with the 2007 vintage. This pale yellow wine opens with a wet stone and light apricot like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly viscous, and very enjoyable. It displays a rich and ripe apple flavor profile with some lime flavors mixed in. The finish is dry and subtle. It will pair exceptionally well with a linguini in a white clam sauce. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of honeysuckle, kiwi and pear are accented with an underlying note of Braeburn apple. Rich and complex flavors of pears, tropical fruits, and a hint of tangerine lead to a creamy finish balanced with bright acidity.
