Wine Review: This light salmon pink colored wine has a lot going for it. It is tasty, organic, and very affordable. It opens with a light strawberry like bouquet with hints of wet stone and cherry. On the palate, this light bodied wine is nicely balanced and very pleasant and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a combination of minerality, light black cherry, and a touch of strawberry. The finis is dry, quite refreshing, and lingers nicely. This wine is very food friendly and would enhance most grilled fish. I would pair it with halibut or tilapia. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Fresh aromas of strawberries, peaches, and roses give way to subtle flavors of fresh berries and fennel, concluding with a flowery finish. Subtle flavors of fresh berries and fennel with a flowery finish. To be served chilled with any kind of relaxed meal like fish and grilled meat.
