Wine Review: This bright red Pinot from Oregon was well received at a recent holiday party that I attended. It didn’t last very long. On the palate, this wine opens with a mild bouquet. On the palate, this wine is an easy drinking Pinot that is very smooth, well balanced, and displays spicy cherry flavors with hints of blueberry. The finish is dry, a little tingly, and has decent length. This wine is a very good food wine and would be a wonderful choice with pork tenderloin with a brown sage sauce or broiled salmon. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: "Bright in aromatics, fine, elegant and silky. Supple plum, blueberry and spice aromas and flavors. A luscious core of cherry and delves in deeper with mineral undertones, finishing as a round and smooth wine."
