Wine Review: This very dark red wine opens with a nice raspberry like bouquet with hints of oak. On the palate, the wine is dry, very well balanced, and has dusty spicy plum like flavors. The finish is very dry, shows fine tannins, and is quite lengthy. Enjoy this winter wine in front of the fireplace with some comfort food like meatloaf or beef stew. Cheers – Ken
