Wine Review: This very dark ruby wine opens with a bouquet of berries, cedar, and a little spice. On the palate, this wine is round, shows some acidity, is easy to drink and has dry cherry flavors with some integrated oak. The finish is quite dry and has noticeable tannins that fade away. This wine will appeal to old world fans and would pair perfectly with game like venison and pheasant. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Superb dress ruby supported with purplished reflections. Black and red fruits, raised of a mentholated point. Balanced well and concentrated equipped with ripe and flexible tannins.
