Wine Review: If you are looking for a big Aussie Shiraz that won’t break the bank and that is quite satisfying, look no further. This Shiraz is deep dark purple in color. On the palate, the wine is rich and has an intense berry blast of fruit flavors. The wine is round and tasty. This wine would go well with sharp cheddar cheese or grilled steak, but many will prefer it on its own. The finish was dry. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2005 wine show generous and concentrated fruit and this Shiraz is a great example with its flavors of dense dark chocolate, licorice, and spice. It has silky, smooth tannins resulting from Chris and Lisa’s utilizing age-old cap management techniques. The wine shows creamy developed characters and is overwhelmingly, mouthfillingly delicious.
