Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling from the Rheinhessen opens with a Bosc pear like bouquet with hints of wet stone and quince. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, rather acidic and really energizes your mouth. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lime with notes of ginger and quince. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Riesling would pair nicely with sushi. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The 2014 "100 Hills" Riesling is an amazingly juicy and fresh wine with an animating acidity and a fine minerality. It is elegant and invigorating, with an enticing aroma of fresh grapefruit and peach. It is an excellent Riesling for every day enjoyment.
