Wine Review: This “Trocken” (Dry) styled Riesling from Germany is straw colored and light bodied. Its shy floral bouquet includes pears, light honey and minerality. Its crisp palate displays nice fresh acidity along with a rich structure. The flavor profile is highly pronounced lime and tart tangerine blend with a slightly dry extended finish. I would recommend having this Riesling with shrimp pad Thai. – Joe
