Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from the Anderson Valley opens with a mild red plum bouquet with a hint of cherry-cola. This wine is medium bodied, balanced and savory. The flavor profile is a tasty birch beer and red raspberry blend with notes of black cherry, blueberry and some mild oak. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Pinot is very food friendly and would pair well with Grandma's beef braciole. Enjoy – Ken
