Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from the Anderson Valley is Excellent. It opens with a fragrant red raspberry bouquet with hints of cherry-cola. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty boysenberry and cherry-cola blend with nicely integrated gentle oak. I also detected a hint of plum and dark chocolate. The finish is dry and its fades away nicely. This Pinot is very food friendly and be perfect with filet mignon. Enjoy - Ken
