Wine Review: This pale straw colored Chardonnay from the Finger Lakes opens with a hint of green apple, pear and pineapple on the nose. It is medium bodied and displays mouthwatering acidity in the palate. Its flavor profile is lemon and Temple orange. Those flavors linger nicely. We would serve it with seared scallops, baked scrod or seafood casserole. Enjoy – Karen and Stuart
Winemaker Notes: This Chardonnay has the fabulous balance of stainless steel fermentation and oak aging. A fruit forward Chardonnay with just a touch of oak, lending to its silky texture and full mouthfeel. Ends with a clean finish. Ideal with flavorful seafood, poultry or pork dishes.
