Wine Review: This ruby colored Cab Franc from Wagner is a good value. It opens with a pretty cherry vanilla bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, it is medium bodied, balanced, and juicy. It displays pleasant mild oak infused black cherry flavors with a touch of black pepper and plum. The finish is dry and its mild tannins make it food friendly. Joe and I suggest serving this nice Cab Franc with a juicy bacon burger. Enjoy - Ken
