Wine Review: This light yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc from Paso opens with a mild green apple bouquet with a hint of yellow grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a mineral infused grapefruit with notes of white pepper and gooseberry and a hint of peach pit towards the end. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely for a little while. I would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with swordfish skewers. Enjoy – Ken
