Wine Review: This salmon pink sparkler from Italy is loaded with bubbles. It opens with a mild tangerine and strawberry bouquet with hints bread dough. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused strawberry with a hint of walnut in the background. The finish is quite dry and its fresh acidity makes you mouth tingle for a bit after the wine is gone. This sparkler will go well with many appetizers and will appeal to the crowd. Winemaker Notes: Light and bright rose colour. Fine and delicate perlage. Fruiity and flowery bouquet with delicate notes of unripe golden apple and small mountain flowers. The flavour is dry, fresh and zesty, with a fruity and harmonious aftertaste. Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with fish.
