Wine Review: This almost clear colored sparkler with very tiny bubbles opens with wet stone and fresh cut apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine light bodied, fresh and displays crisp acidity. The flavor profile is a mineral infused pear with notes of apple and a touch of ginger ale as well. The finish is dry and rather refreshing. This is a good entry level sparkler. I would serve it with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Very pale straw yellow and fine, persistent perlage. The aroma is fruity and flowery with hints of ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers. The dry, fresh and flavour some sensation on the palate is followed by a fruity and harmonious aftertaste. An excellent aperitif to accompany savouries. Ideal with steamed shellfish.
