Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Zin opens with a spicy blackberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a pleasant juicy blackberry with notes of blueberry and black pepper. The finish is dry and it’s tingly, but brief. This tasty wine would pair well with barbecue short ribs.
