Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored Cabernet opens with a mild blackberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is black plum with integrated old oak and a hint of boysenberry and beet. The finish is dry and its medium tannins are sticky and linger for quite a while. This wine would pair well with pepperoni pizza or tacos. This Cab is a nice everyday option. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The classic Cabernet aromas of black pepper, cedar, slight herbal and berry notes are evident in the nose. This is a medium-to-full bodied wine with a soft, balanced mouth feel and flavors that are similar to the aromas. All the above lead to a pleasing, soft, berry-vanilla finish.
