Wine Review: For a DOCG Prosecco, this seems a bit lacking. It has the riper citrus fruit notes that I have come to expect from Proseccos of this style, but it does finish abruptly. The palate displays sun-kissed oranges and white grapefruits, but the finish cuts it all off too quickly. Had this been an Extra Dry, I think that the overall appeal would have been grander. Regardless, this is a clean cut Prosecco that hits the nail on the head and is a good value. - Nicolay
Winemaker Notes: Straw yellow color with gold bright reflections. Fine and persistent perlage. Floral with fruity aromas of strong pear and golden apple. The palate is refined, harmonious with lingering aroma and savoriness. The tulip is the ideal glass to favor the development of perlage and appreciate all the features of the wine.
