Wine Review: This very dark red blend is called Why Not! It opens with a very fruit forward and attractive pomegranate and blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and very juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty mild red raspberry with hints of blueberry, oak, black pepper, and pomegranate that add to its complexity. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are very approachable and friendly. I would pair this wine with Paella or Spanish rice. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 7th vintage of this most winsome blend is more than just "best of the rest of the cellar" estate wine. It's everyone's favorite party, pizza, picnic, BBQ and bistro wine thanks to the spirited joy it brings to the palate. The somewhat unconventional blend lends it an exotic charm. We use our best of the rest of our Estate cellar wines along with a selection of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Cabernet, and Petit Verdot from other distinguished vineyards to give you even more of an excuse to try it.
