Wine Review: This wine is an oak lovers dream. From the Creme Brulee to the toasted coconut and caramel, this is an oak enthusiasts dream. On the palate, the Chardonnay gets to show itself off a bit more than it does on the nose. With notes of skillet fried peaches, apple with dashes of cinnamon, and the slightest hint of buttered toast. The finish, however, is long, unbelievably long to be exact. Although a bit unbalanced towards to oak, it was made to capture the oaky Chardonnay lover’s heart. - Nicolay
