Wine Review: This completely un-oaked Chardonnay from the Columbia Valley has an inviting lemon, honeysuckle and red delicious apple bouquet. It is pale gold colored and is light bodied. It also displays light acidity which is perfect for summer drinking. Its flavor profile is a tasty apple and tart lemon blend hints of minerality that progress to a fruity medium dry finish. I would pair this good value Chardonnay with a simple broiled cod with caper butter. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: Crisp and refreshing with bright fruits and zippy acidity. Filled with aromas and flavors of green apple, Asian pear, Meyer lemon, flowery nectar, and pineapple.
