Wine Review: This wine has evolved nicely from the last time that I covered it. It is an opaque and very dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from South Africa. It opens with a eucalyptus and black cherry bouquet with a hint of cedar. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well balanced and super smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty mint and cherry blend with hints of cedar. The finish is dry and its fine tannins and flavors drift away nicely. This Cab is very food friendly and would pair very nicely with a filet mignon. Fans of South African reds are going to really love it! Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This stunning single vineyard Cab is bold and intense, yet remarkably pure and fresh. It boasts concentrated aromas and flavors of cassis, plum, mocha and dark chocolate, accented by complex expressions of mint, tobacco and eucalyptus.
