Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Chard is a really good value. It opens with an attractive lemon and vanilla like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and shows nice balance between its fruit and mild acidity. The flavor profile is pear and green apple blend with infused tropical notes throughout. I even detected hints of banana peaking thru. The finish is dry and its finish is nicely refreshing. This tasty and very affordable Chard would pair very nicely with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This wine has a light yellow color, with delicate aromas of mandarin orange, apples, and tropical fruits. It is fresh and round on the palate, with honey notes. Terrapura Chardonnay finishes with a clean acidity. Terrapura Chardonnay is perfect accompaniment to salads, soft cheeses, lightly-sauced pasta dishes, and fish.
