Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa Valley opens with a mild black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, fruit forward and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty plum and gentle blackberry blend with notes of minerality and a touch of oak and black currant. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are sticky and linger nicely. This Cab is food friendly and would pair well with a New York strip steak. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Blueberry, ripe black cherry and mulberry jam notes mingled on the nose with cocoa powder, cedar and spices with crushed sage. Bright juicy fruit greets the palate with round, rich, coating flavors of black fruit and licorice and a soft lingering finish.
