Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with grapefruit bouquet with hints of tangerine. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, crisp, acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused mild pink grapefruit with notes of tangerine. I also detected a hint of white pepper and lime. The finish is dry and refreshing. This good value Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with swordfish skewers. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Enticing bright, fresh aromas of mixed citrus, pineapple and green apple are complemented by subtle, yet classic, grassy notes to yield an unmistakable "Sauv Blanc" nose. On the palate, we have vibrant citrus and tropical flavors alongside perfectly balanced acidity, yielding both a refreshing, easy-drinking quality as well as amazing versatility at the table with food.
