Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with grapefruit bouquet with hints of tangerine. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, crisp, acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused mild pink grapefruit with notes of tangerine. I also detected a hint of white pepper and lime. The finish is dry and refreshing. This good value Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with swordfish skewers. Enjoy - Ken
