Wine Review: This yellow colored dessert wine from the Finger Lakes opens with a golden raisin and tiramisu like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, sweet, and shows some acidity. The flavor profile is a golden raisin and quince blend with hints of honey and touch of apple. The finish remains sweet and its flavors linger after the wine is gone. This dessert wine would pair well with sharp cheddar cheese and stone wheat crackers. Enjoy - Ken
