Wine Review: This pale straw colored Riesling from St. Urbans Hof opens with fragrant and appealing pineapple, pear and clementine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, bright and pleasantly sweet. The flavor profile is a very tasty pear and pineapple blend with notes of mild minerality, lemon verbena and tangerine. The finish remains sweet and fades away nicely. This Riesling would be best served on its own. It can be its own after dinner drink. Enjoy – Ken
