Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from the Mosel opens with a fragrant pear bouquet and with hints wet stone. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty green apple with notes of minerality, pear and a touch of tangerine. The finish is semi-dry and its flavors last for quite a while. This very good value Riesling would pair perfectly with spring rolls. Enjoy - Ken
