Wine Review: This opaque and pitch black colored Napa Cabernet opens with a pleasant black currant and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a tasty cola and gentle oak blend with notes of black cherry. I also detected hints of black olive and blackberry. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are friendly. I would drink this Cab in the near term with a seared flat iron steak. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A structured entry delivers a complex array of aromas including black cherry and cranberry fruit, baking spices, roasted meat, tobacco leaf, cola and floral notes. The palate is textured, serving up flavors of chocolate, cherries, mocha and spice. In its youth, decant 1 to 2 hours before service for full enjoyment. Drink 2013 to 2025.
