Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand opens with a very fragrant grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, nicely acidic, mouthwatering and quite refreshing. The flavor profile is a tasty grapefruit and mineral blend with notes of lime in the background. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This Sauvignon Blanc is a very traditional New Zealand styled offering. I would pair it with swordfish kabobs. Enjoy – Ken
