Wine Review: This is the second year in a row that I have recommended this white gold colored wine from Santorini. As a matter of fact, I feel the 2010 is even a bit better than the 2009. It opens with a mild pear and white grape bouquet. On the palate this wine is medium bodied and nicely balanced between its gentle acidity and juicy fruit. The flavor profile is a tasty white grape, Bosc pear and soft mineral flavors. The finish is dry, refreshing and its fruit flavors linger for quite a while. I would pair this tasty Greek wine with lump crabmeat stuffed halibut. Enjoy - Ken
