Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot is Excellent and is showing very nicely right now. It opens with a blueberry and fig like bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, silky and smooth.. The flavor profile is very tasty mild black cherry and strawberry with hints of blueberry, gentle cola and faint oak in the background. The finish is dry and its flavor and fine tannins drift away slowly. This wine is very food friendly. Share with a very good friend while enjoying a filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken
