Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a fragrant tropical mango and peach bouquet with a hint of oak and butter. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and slightly crisp. The flavor profile is tasty apple with notes of light lemon and gentle vanilla oak. The finish is dry and rather pleasant with a prolonged finish. The panel suggested pairing this tasty Chard with Coquilles St. Jacques or lobster. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The 2009 offers lush, luxurious aromas and flavors of melon, honeysuckle, apricot, pineapple and flint all held together with bright acidity, good structure and elegant balance. — ELIAS FERNANDEZ
