Wine Review: This light yellow colored Cremant from California opens with a faint apple bouquet with a hint of dough, orange zest, and rose petals. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and semi-sweet. The flavor profile is a sweet orange and mineral blend with hints of apple and honey. The finish remains semi-sweet and lingers. The panel suggested pairing this sparkler with smoked mussels. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The 2010 Cremant Demi-sec has exotic aromas of fresh mango, guava, candied orange and caramelized apple. The fruitful elements are accentuated by developed aromas of almond and caramelized sugar. The palate has generous flavors of pineapple, orange and peach.
