Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Riesling from Mosel opens with a lychee and peach like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and pleasantly sweet. The flavor profile is a tasty ripe peach and apricot with notes of orange and hints pleasant minerality. The finish remains mildly sweet and fades away nicely. This Riesling would pair well with grilled Bavarian Weisswurst. Enjoy - Ken
