Wine Review: This almost clear colored opens with a wet stone and Anjou pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic, spritzy and a tad sweet. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with notes of lime. The finish is slightly sweet and its flavors last for a little while. This wine would pair well with chicken lo-mein.
