Wine Review: This dark ruby red blend from Mendocino opens with a cranberry and plum like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is cherry cola with notes of blueberry. I also detected some oak and black pepper. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are nicely prolonged. I would pair this wine with a barbecue bacon burger. Enjoy - Ken
