Wine Review: This ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a fragrant ripe cherry and craisin bouquet with hints of eucalyptus. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and juicy. The flavor profile is a juicy plum with notes of wild cherry, gentle oak and craisin. We also detected hints of pomegranate. The finish is dry and its mild acidity and fruit lingers nicely. The Panel suggested that this Cab would pair well with braised short ribs or a veal chop. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The 2014 Resolute Cabernet Sauvignon is smooth and medium-bodied with aromas of cherry, plum, cola, fig, cigar tobacco, vanilla, and malted chocolate. Soft on the attack, it leads to a round mid palate with nice acidity and balance. Flavors of smoked duck, toffee, cola, and cigar tobacco come together for a long, lingering, and pleasant finish.
