Wine Review: This is a very easy drinking and creamy wine. It is pale golden in color with melon, orange and floral notes in the bouquet. Medium bodied and fruity but with pleasant acidity. It has flavors of creamy lemon and orange with notes of integrated minerality. The finish lingers nicely with hints of orange blossom. Enjoy this pleasant Viognier with a chicken Caesar salad. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: Fruit blossoms, stone fruit, tropical notes and mineral create a beautiful aromatic spring breeze. Cool fermentation in stainless steel captures refreshing flavors of orange blossom, guava, white peach, a small bite of banana with slate, loam and a wonderful acidity making it a perfect wine to pair with strawberries and goat cheese.
