Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Chardonnay from Ramey is very good. It opens with an attractive lemon and mild oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and displays pleasant crisp acidity. The flavor profile is a Bosc pear and lemon blend with notes of gentle oak. I also detected a hint of pineapple and honey as well. The finish is dry and acidity and flavors linger nicely. This Chard is food friendly and would pair well with homemade lobster Mac 'n Cheese dusted with Ritz crackers. Enjoy - Ken
